Gray days

As someone who's lived in sunny Southern California for more than 30 years, I was initially happy about Dushanbe's snowy and rainy weather. No more drought! Now I'm feeling a bit gloomy, however, and I'm craving blue skies. Four days of rain, and more to come!

I can't control the weather, but I bring a little sunshine inside from a local flower shop. (P.S. Where do these flowers come from? Tajikistan greenhouses? The Netherlands? Kenya?)
